Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99 - Free on orders over $75
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our shipping carrier's website.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Made to Win gear! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
  2. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label
  3. Package your items securely and attach the return label
  4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location
  5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

💡 Exchanges: Need a different size? We offer free exchanges within 30 days!

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are free and easy! Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your item, we'll ship your new size or style immediately.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund right away.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
